By downloading or using InvestoAI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. InvestoAI is operated by NESTING LLC ("we," "our," or "us").
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
InvestoAI offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
InvestoAI Basic — $9.99 per month. Includes unlimited AI stock analyses, AI-powered insights, and personal watchlist.
InvestoAI Pro — $24.99 per month. Includes everything in Basic plus daily Top 10 AI stock picks with entry, targets, and stop loss levels, and twice-daily market scans.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
InvestoAI provides technical stock analysis for informational and educational purposes only. The content is NOT financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Past performance of any analysis method does not guarantee future results. NESTING LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.
You agree not to:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App to make trading decisions without conducting your own independent research
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You may delete your account at any time through the Account tab in the App.
The App, including all content, features, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by NESTING LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NESTING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
