NESTING LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the InvestoAI mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password. We do not store plain-text passwords.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the App, including stock tickers you search, analyses you request, and watchlist activity. This data is used solely to provide and improve our services.

Subscription Data: If you purchase a subscription, Apple handles all payment processing through In-App Purchase. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number, bank account details, or other financial payment information. We receive only a confirmation of your subscription status from Apple.

Device Information: We may collect general device information such as device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for the purpose of app functionality and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App
• Process your stock analysis requests and deliver results
• Manage your account and subscription status
• Maintain your personal watchlist
• Improve and optimize the App experience
• Communicate with you about your account or support requests

3. Third-Party Services

Our App integrates with the following third-party services to deliver functionality:

• Massive API (Polygon.io): We send stock ticker symbols to retrieve market data, price quotes, and historical data. No personal information is shared.
• OpenAI API: We send anonymized technical analysis data to generate AI-written insights. No personally identifiable information is included in these requests.
• Apple In-App Purchase: Subscription payments are processed entirely by Apple. We do not handle any payment information.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure password hashing, and token-based authentication to protect your information.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and analysis history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
